ERO Linear Guides Types

Cross-Roller Linear Guide Type R

Type R cross-roller guides consist of two hardened rails supported by a plastic cross-roller cage. The roller bearings enable a low coefficient of friction.

  • Coefficient of friction 0.003
  • Friction does not exist at the starting cue
  • Smooth slip
  • Minimal wear
  • High load capacity
  • Highest precision
  • Compatible with TV and NO guides
  • All standard types in stock

TV Linear Guide Coated Type

TV-type coated linear guides consist of a hardened and rectified V-shaped guide and a turcite-coated M-shaped guide equipped with sliding bearings. The sliding material is PTFE-based and has self-lubricating properties for excellent sliding properties.

  • Excellent movement characteristics under emergency conditions
  • Resistant to wear and tear
  • Long service life
  • Excellent vibration damping
  • Robust against dirt and shocks
  • Good absorption of lateral forces
  • Compatible with R and NO guides
  • All standard types in stock

NO Linear Roller Guide Type

NO roller guides consist of two hardened rails supported by an angular cage. Due to their smaller diameter and larger number of rollers, they can absorb higher loads than R-type linear guides. These linear guides with roller bearings also provide a low coefficient of friction.

  • Coefficient of friction 0.003
  • Friction does not exist at the starting cue
  • Smooth slip
  • Minimal wear
  • High load capacity
  • Highest precision
  • High stiffness
  • Zero backlash
  • Compatible with R and TV guides
