All series of CSK Linear Guides
LMG Standard Linear Guides
LMG series linear guides adopt four rows of steel spheres and a contact angle of 45 degrees, ensuring high load and high-strength performance. The X-shape contact allows better absorption of mounting errors and machines to which the guide will be attached, especially on long guides. Low friction resistance, high precision, and reliability are the main advantages of this CSK linear guide.
The LMG series is available with the following accessories:
- Anti-corrosion: the plastic carriage accessories are made of special materials that can resist the corrosion of battery electrolytes. The oil nozzle and steel spheres are made of stainless steel to improve corrosion resistance.
- Recirculating system: the guide adopts a metal circulator that greatly improves strength and impact resistance, suitable for high temperature, higher acceleration and deceleration applications. In addition, it reduces the risk of damage after foreign objects intrusion.
- Self-lubricating module: requires only a small amount of oil to complete lubrication and can be refilled later, extending routine maintenance, reducing maintenance costs and improving the life of the linear guide.
LMN Miniature Linear Guides
The LMN series offers miniature linear guides with two rows of steel spheres and a four-point Goethe-type contact design. It is suitable for small volumes, light spaces or parts. It is recommended for application in semiconductor manufacturing devices, industrial robots, medical equipment, precision test instruments and automation equipment.
LMGQ Linear guides with cages
The LMGQ series precision linear guide is a high-performance linear guide developed based on the LMG series precision linear guide design but enhanced in terms of rigidity, load performance, and quietness.
In addition to being able to carry the same load capacity in radial and left/right side directions as the standard series, the sphere connection is made of technopolymer, effectively reducing wear and collision between the steel spheres during operation. All this makes room for lubricating oil storage, reducing the operating noise and extending the life of the guide. The X-profile also absorbs mounting errors on the installation surface during equipment assembly.
LMR Roller-type Linear Guides
The LMR series linear guide uses cylindrical rolling elements to replace traditional steel spheres rolling elements. The change from point contact to linear contact significantly increases load capacity. These are perfect linear guides for machine tools and industrial automation.
