The CSK MG series offers sliders made entirely of metal, specifically designed for environments that operate in difficult conditions (humidity, temperature, shocks).
End covers, retainers and surface coating of both the slide and guide are all made of stainless steel. This choice ensures advantages such as resistance to wear, impacts and corrosion, even in outdoor environments or with humidity and/or high temperatures.
The use of stainless steel also improves operating conditions in vacuum environments. When combined with specific grease, the MG Series metal sliders can operate stably and continuously under vacuum conditions.
The end surface and the lower sealing plates are made of rubber that can withstand up to 150°C (302°F).
