Iron-Core
- IRON-CORE linear motors (iron forcer) are more suitable for applications involving point-to-point linear movements with high acceleration, speed, and load.
- High force density
IRON-CORE linear motors (iron forcer) feature high output power through strong magnetic coupling between the iron forcer and the stator magnets. - Easy heat dissipation
The iron forcer helps transfer the heat generated in the coils during operation, thus facilitating heat dissipation into the environment. - Easy assembly
IRON-CORE linear motors (iron forcer) can be easily assembled, with the forcer and stator directly facing each other. - Characteristics
As motor parameters, the force constant indicates the amount of force produced per ampere of current, and the motor constant indicates the amount of force produced per watt. The latter, which indicates motor efficiency, is a better measure of motor performance than the former. Designed with the aid of professional simulation software, cpc linear motors are optimized to achieve higher motor constants at certain physical dimensions. - Low cogging force
Cogging force arises from the variation of magnetic attraction on the iron forcer as it passes through the different stator poles. With skewed magnets, the transition zone characteristics between poles can be modified to reduce the variability of magnetic attraction and the associated cogging force. Using high-precision magnetic analysis software tools, cpc has optimized the shape of the iron forcer and the magnet skew angle to achieve low cogging force designs. - Housing 0 heat dissipation
The high-surface aluminum housing of the forcer helps facilitate heat dissipation for the motor. - Built-in Hall sensor and over-temperature switch
The cpc motor forcer makes full use of its internal volume by integrating Hall sensors and an over-temperature detection switch for the user, who therefore does not need to purchase or install them as options.
Iron-Less
