The exclusive patented ball recirculation system, by means of a lower support system with interlocking reinforcement, allows a regular motion at high speeds with continuous reversals.
The steel reinforcing plates on the front seals (patented) and the recirculation system with an optimized and guided ball contact point, allow to reach speeds up to 5m/s with accelerations up to 300m/sec² and to guarantee high moments and load capacities.
The upper and lower longitudinal seals guarantee the use of the product in particularly hostile environments and in applications where wood chips or glass, marble, clay and graphite dust can normally cause breakage for other manufacturers.
Moreover, the lubrication system integrated in the patented trolley (option) allows to increase the lubrication intervals, increasing the distance in Km, minimizing the maintenance costs.
Wide base guides are available with the same characteristics, with double drilling on the guide.
